This home was one of many in a Goodlettsville Subdivision that had missing, torn and heavily creased shingles. After working with the insurance company, we were able to replace the whole roof at no cost to the homeowner.
When we met the retired attorney and wife that live in this home; the house was covered in blue tarps. There were multiple leaks throughout the house from missing and damaged shingles.
